About the Role: Join our team and lead one of Ireland’s most celebrated Traditional Irish Shows in a premium hotel setting. We are seeking a Show Supervisor with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate live show operations in a hotel environment. Manage and motivate a team of performers and support staff. Create and maintain staff rotas using HR software system Rotaking . Oversee employee onboarding and training processes. Collaborate with hotel management to ensure seamless event delivery. Maintain high standards of performance and resolve operational issues promptly.
