Position: Maintenance Technician Company Name: Grasstec Limited Location: One Creamery Square, Newtownshandrum, Charleville, Cork, Ireland Salary: €34,000 per year Job type: Fulltime/ Contract Hours per week: 39 hours Email your CV to: dburke@grasstecgroup.com Duties and accountabilities • Provide technical maintenance support as required. • Read drawings and set up work area to carry out work safely, in a timely manner and correct to the drawing. • Accurately record maintenance checks and document all work carried out. • Collaborate with tradesmen, general operatives, and subcontractors. • Complete electro-mechanical repairs of designated equipment. • Responsible for completion of all planned maintenance routines both inside and outside of normal working hours as required. • Observing all on site and legislative rules and regulations in terms of health and safety, and environmental. • Work with and maintain tools and equipment necessary to perform work duties. • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards. • Inspecting equipment to ensure health and safety requirements are met. • Report faults, damages, and defaults promptly. Skills and Experience Required • 1-2 years relevant experience in a similar role. • Ability to work under pressure. • Possess a heightened awareness of health and safety. • Good communication skills with ability to work independently as well part of a team. • Good level of English communication.
