The professional will be responsible for developing digital strategies to attract new customers, strengthen customer loyalty, and increase the visibility of our restaurant across various online platforms. Responsibilities: • Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and email marketing. • Analyse performance metrics, customer acquisition, and engagement. • Develop content strategies aligned with the restaurant's brand identity and seasonal promotions (e.g., special menus, events). • Monitor consumer behaviour and trends in the restaurant industry. • Create reports and dashboards with insights to improve digital performance. • Collaborate with the team to promote services, special offers, and events (e.g., discounts, holidays). • Manage online reputation (reviews, feedback, social media interactions). Job Requirements: • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on data analysis and campaign management is desirable. • Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus. • Excellent communication and creativity to engage audiences online.
