Production Manager is required at SDSD Services Limited located at 8A Fitzwilliam Court,Winton Road,Dublin, Dublin 6, D06 XV48. Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role. Duties include Oversee day-to-day business operations, including procurement, inventory management, event coordination, and staff scheduling; act as the primary communication bridge between Irish management and employees, providing support to enhance clarity and cultural integration. Support recruitment logistics, employee onboarding, and contract management in coordination with HR and management teams. Manage payroll administration, timesheet processing, and employee records alongside finance. Collect, analyze, and report operational data to support decision-making, identify trends, and optimize resource allocation. Facilitate translation and interpretation of company policies, procedures, and internal communications when needed. Plan and execute corporate events and training sessions to support team engagement and development. Ensure all operations comply with Irish labor laws, health & safety standards, and internal policies. Collaborate with senior management to support strategic business planning and reporting.
