We are looking for 2 proactive and hands-on Cleaning Area Support Managers to support the delivery of exceptional service standards across multiple contracts. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction, helping us deliver on Sodexo’s commitment to quality, safety, and innovation. Key Responsibilities Provide on-site support for new and existing contracts, including mobilisation and change management. Deliver practical cleaning skills training and coaching to operational teams. Support QA and Soft Services SMEs with site reviews, audits, and compliance checks. Work closely with central teams to coordinate financial reporting, KPI performance, and contractual compliance. Identify and drive opportunities for operational efficiency and service innovation. Lead by example to promote a zero-harm mindset, ensuring all activities are carried out safely and compliantly. About You We are seeking a confident leader with a strong background in cleaning and soft services management across multiple sites. You will bring: Proven experience in a cleaning leadership role. Strong understanding of soft services delivery and operational excellence. Experience delivering training and coaching to teams. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A passion for quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. Desirable: Experience within pharmaceutical, cleanroom, aseptic, or FMCG environments. Relevant Soft Services qualifications.
