Commis Chef required. Link Brazil Restaurant is currently seeking a full-time Commis Chef to join our team at 3 Rutland Street, Prior's-Land, Limerick, V94 AT27, Ireland (on-site position). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of food hygiene, health, and safety. Duties include preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes; monitoring food and waste control; and ensuring that food hygiene standards are upheld. Additional responsibilities involve keeping the kitchen clean and organised, assisting with food preparation and basic cooking under the Chef de Partie, accurately measuring ingredients, stock control and rotation to reduce waste and maintain freshness, and receiving and organising kitchen deliveries.
