The Reporting Analyst is responsible for designing and developing metrics, reports, and data analyses to support and drive key business decisions. Serving as a vital link between raw data and management, the Reporting Analyst’s core responsibilities include data extraction, analysis, and transformation to deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities
 Data analysis, spotting data trends, performing gap analysis and generating reports.
 Become knowledgeable about the business deliverable and operational teams.
 Perform deep-drive analysis and recommend improvements to current business metric collection process.
 Produce and deliver tracking and reporting for key KPI/SLA’s in the business.
 Responsible for designing key dashboards and scorecards for Senior Leadership and Business Unit (Team Leaders, Training Team, Quality Analysts, etc.).
 Create and maintain efficient and secure systems for recording data and producing relevant documentation.
 Provide high level reports and presentations for Senior Management team.
 Seek new ways of producing or automating reporting.
 Maintaining the daily relationship with the business intelligence supplier.
 Seek opportunities to drive innovation and process improvement within the reporting spectrum.
 Attend client meetings to explain root-cause analysis and deep dives.

 End to end experience of the project lifecycle
 Ability to define project and scope

 Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) - ability to clearly communicate complex quantitative analysis in actionable insights

Technical Requirements: 
 good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
 Advanced knowledge Tableau
 Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel is an advantage
 Desirable: Knowledge of SQL Server, SQL.

Desirable but not essential:
 2-3 years of experience working in a reporting environment, with proven ability to deliver high quality and accurate reports within demanding timescales
