Lad Lane Presents Limited, trading as Griolladh, located at 41 Thomas St, The Liberties, Dublin 8 (D08 Y189), is seeking two (2) Chef de Partie.

Duties:
Support the Head Chef in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes. Ensure full compliance with HACCP and food safety standards. Maintain high levels of kitchen hygiene, organization, and consistency in food quality. Assist in stock control and contribute to the smooth daily operation of the kitchen.

Salary: €34,000 per annum for 39 hours per week.
Contract: 2-year fixed term.
