We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, overseeing starters and desserts section, supervising a section of the kitchen and assisting with deliveries, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and presentation. The candidate must have a good knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations, and should be willing to work hard in a professional and diligent manner. We require a minimum of two years of previous experience as a Chef de Partie or relevant kitchen role.
