Donegal, Ireland, F92 A5NE Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours of Work: 39 hours per week Annual Salary: €34,000 Weekly Salary: €653.84 Hourly Rate: €16.77 Job Description: Masala Chowk is seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have strong culinary skills, experience in a busy kitchen environment, and the ability to deliver high-quality dishes consistently. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards. • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning and food preparation. • Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety standards, and kitchen cleanliness. • Manage your own section efficiently and support junior staff when required. • Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients. • Ensure all dishes meet the restaurant’s quality and presentation standards. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or relevant senior kitchen role. • Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations. • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. • Excellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skills. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
