Job Description We are seeking committed and compassionate Home Care Support Workers to join our expanding team. In this role, you will provide direct personal care and support to clients in their homes, assisting them with daily living activities while encouraging independence and promoting a positive quality of life. Key Responsibilities • Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support • Travel to clients’ homes to deliver care services as required • Assist with mealtimes, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration • Build positive and supportive relationships with clients and their families • Deliver emotional support, companionship, and social engagement • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client conditions • Deliver high standards of personal, emotional, and social care • Uphold all safety, hygiene, and care standards at all times Requirements • Previous experience in home care, healthcare assistance, Care Skills, or Care of the Older Person (preferred) • Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centred approach • Physical ability to perform care duties • Manual Handling and Patient Handling certificates (required) • Healthcare qualification preferred • Police Clearance Certificate • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends • Full driver’s licence (National or International) – Essential Benefits Permanent full-time employment Competitive salary Career growth and professional development opportunities
