AutoDoctor, a trusted all-in-one garage offering services from NCT pre-checks and full car servicing to DPF cleaning, tyres, brakes, clutch, exhausts, suspension and more, is looking for an experienced Garage Manager to lead our workshop team.

What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily garage operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high quality service.
Lead and coordinate a skilled team of technicians, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Manage scheduling, workload, and resource allocation to deliver efficient and cost-effective repairs.
Monitor health & safety, workshop compliance, and ensure best practices in all technical processes.
Liaise with customers proactively to maintain outstanding service standards.
Source and order required spare parts using our dedicated part-finder app to ensure fast and accurate repairs.

Who You Are:
Proven management experience in an automotive garage or repair shop.
Strong technical understanding of car servicing, diagnostics, and repair.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Customer-focused, organised, and results-driven.
Familiarity with Irish vehicle regulations and garage operations is a plus.
