Airtraks Ltd t/a ATC Computer Transport Logistics is seeking one Transport Planner to be based at Unit A1, Baldonnell Business Park, Baldonnell, Dublin 22, D22 K0V1.

Role and Responsibilities
· Plan and coordinate shipments, routes, vehicle schedules, and driver workloads to ensure efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and minimal empty running.
· Monitor shipments in transit, update Microsoft milestones and internal systems (Stratum), and ensure trackers, checklists, proofs of delivery, and bookings are completed accurately and on time.
· Liaise with clients, subcontractors, overseas offices, ATC operations, field teams, and the accounts department to maintain service levels, resolve issues, and ensure accurate reporting and billing.
· Manage customer communications by acknowledging inquiries promptly, understanding requirements, adapting to changing demands, and following SOPs.
· Support teamwork through cross-training and carry out any other duties aligned with skills and competencies.

Employment Details
· Position: Full-time, permanent
· Hours: 40 hours per week
· Salary: €38,000 annually (€18.27 per hour)
