Chartered Structural Engineer – Senior/Principal Level

Location: Midlands HQ (flexible hybrid working)
Salary: €60,000 – €80,000 + benefits
Contract: Full-time permanent OR consultancy/associate arrangement

With a flat organisational structure, engineers are empowered to fully engage and contribute to the direction of the business. As part of national frameworks, the practice regularly leads on tender submissions, project wins, and project delivery — giving you the chance to play a pivotal role in Ireland’s most high-profile educational, historical, and corporate building projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading on large-scale educational, heritage and corporate projects, from tender through to delivery.
Acting as a key client contact, managing stakeholder relationships with professionalism and impact.
Bringing your chartered expertise to guide and mentor others, ensuring excellence in design and delivery.
Collaborating with a tight-knit senior team in the Midlands HQ (some in-office time expected monthly, especially during induction).
Driving innovation in a consultancy that values your input, expertise, and professional judgement.
