About the Company

Hiro Import’s Limited is a reputable Irish company engaged in the import, distribution, and servicing of automotive and mechanical equipment.
We pride ourselves on providing high-quality products, reliable technical support, and professional after-sales service to clients across Ireland.
We are now seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our technical team in Galway.

Main Responsibilities

Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical components and equipment according to technical specifications.
Diagnose and repair faults in mechanical systems, ensuring safety and optimal performance.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with engineers and technicians during installation and testing of mechanical systems.
Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained, calibrated, and stored.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Mechanical Fitter or similar technical role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, diagnostics, and tools.
Ability to read technical drawings and work to precise specifications.
Problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Must be available to work on-site in Dublin for 39 hours per week.
