Drumderry are recruiting for welders to join their team. Mainly responsible for: Assembling steel materials to create specific precast components. Carrying out repairs and maintenance of equipment and plant within the precast manufacturing facility. Ideal candidates will have welding qualification and experience. Demonstration of welding skill / ability Welding precision; quality finish to tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality welding work on a range of metal components while ensuring accuracy, safety, and adherence to industry standards. Key Responsibilities Perform welding on various metals (steel, stainless steel, aluminium) Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Fabricate and assemble metal structures Inspect finished work for quality and compliance Maintain welding equipment and follow all safety procedures Work both independently and as part of a team Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of welding experience Competence in welding techniques Ability to read and understand engineering drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates (desirable) Basic English language skills for communication and safety compliance Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 08:00 until 17:00 Friday 08:00 until 16:00
