We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Office Administration Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Office & Facilities Services.

As a Office Administration Manager you'll:

Manage day-to-day office operations, including reception, mail, supplies, and meeting room coordination.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers for office equipment, catering, and maintenance.
Ensure health & safety compliance in line with Sodexo standards and local regulations.
Support management and staff with administrative tasks, scheduling, and documentation.
Act as a point of contact for client queries related to office services.
Monitor office budgets and assist with cost control and sustainability initiatives.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in office management or administration.
Strong organisational and communication skills, with knowledge of health & safety and compliance standards.
Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
Ability to manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and support a busy team environment.
(Desirable) Experience in facilities or hospitality and familiarity with Sodexo service standards or ISO certifications.
