Lotts & Co. wishes to recruit a Social Media Specialist to hold the responsibility for the implementation of the digital marketing and social media strategy. For the digital aspect you will be handling the online communications, including social media, Web maintenance, e-marketing, and database management. The Role: • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X.). • Monitor and respond to social media inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely manner. • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align social media content with overall brand goals. • Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. • Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends and tools to optimize strategies. • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach. • Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent posting across all channels. Requirements: A relevant third level qualification e.g., International Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing etc, or equivalent experience 4+years of Social Media Specialist. • Good understanding of all media channels and ability to coordinate campaigns cross-channel • Analytical skills and attention to detail • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
