Alley Cuts, a premier beauty salon and laser clinic in Newcastle West, Co. Limerick, specializing in advanced skincare treatments and an innovative online retail store, is seeking a Beauty Services Business Consultant to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. This role is pivotal in supporting the salon’s expansion, seasonal promotional campaigns, and integrating e-commerce with in-salon services. The consultant will leverage their expertise to optimize business strategies, elevate the client experience, and boost profitability in a competitive regional market.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business strategies to enhance salon operations
Analyse client feedback and market trends to enhance the customer journey..
Recommend pricing adjustments for services and products based on competitive analysis and cost evaluations.
Provide training programs for staff, including skin specialists, to enhance service quality, upselling techniques, and customer service standards. Optimise inventory management and supplier relationships, negotiating with brands to ensure cost-effective stock levels for treatments and retail. Conduct regular performance reviews and present actionable recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making.

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing beauty salon operations, with a track record of implementing successful business strategies, marketing initiatives, or service expansions.
Strong analytical skills to assess operational processes and client data.
Expertise in negotiating with suppliers and managing inventory in a beauty or retail context.
Experience in training staff to improve performance and customer service delivery.
No formal degree required; relevant experience and on-the-job training will be considered.
