Job Introduction Senior Health & Safety Advisor Salary: €60,000-€65,000 plus Sodexo Benefits Location: Dublin Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled Senior Health & Safety Advisor to lead and elevate safety performance across our Central Bank of Ireland account. This role will be integral in promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with Sodexo UK&I safety standards, and supporting operational teams to deliver services safely and effectively. You will provide expert advice, influence strategic safety initiatives, and ensure a high level of risk management, resilience and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead and promote a positive safety culture across the account Provide specialist Health & Safety guidance to management and operational teams Support the delivery and continuous improvement of Sodexo H&S and Food Safety policies Develop, implement and monitor compliance processes and performance systems Lead on incident reporting, investigation and the reduction of lost time injuries Produce and review risk assessments, task-specific documentation and safe systems of work Conduct regular audits, inspections and safety walks, reporting findings and follow-up actions Collaborate with the Island of Ireland HSEQ team and relevant authorities Support risk management and business continuity planning activities What We’re Looking For Level 8 Health & Safety Diploma or equivalent qualification IOSH membership Strong experience in Hard FM / M&E operational environments Excellent understanding of current Health & Safety legislation Experience with Food Safety / HACCP and compliance systems Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving ability Competent in Microsoft Office applications Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlines Flexibility to support urgent safety matters outside normal working hours where required.
