The Production Operator will support daily seafood processing operations in a fast-paced, quality-focused facility. Responsibilities include handling, cleaning, cooking, and packaging fresh seafood in accordance with strict hygiene and safety standards. The role requires flexibility to adapt to variable workloads depending on daily supply from the sea. Full training is provided, with opportunities for progression into specialised or supervisory roles.

Key Responsibilities:
-Operate and maintain seafood processing equipment.
-Follow food safety, quality control, and hygiene procedures.
-Assist with loading, unloading, and preparation of live and processed seafood.
-Work flexibly across different production areas as required by daily operations.
-Report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors.

Requirements:
-Previous factory or seafood processing experience is an advantage but not required.
-Ability to work in a variable-hours environment while maintaining performance and quality.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to health and safety.
-Availability for flexible shifts as production demand changes daily.
