Role Description
The Process and Quality Engineer will be integral to the Operations team, focusing on the quality of 
current processes and implementing improvements. The successful candidate will have an appetite to 
join a fast-growing company with First Class global ambitions within the trade in & second-hand 
technology business. 
This role may include travel abroad.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure all team members adhere to quality and safety standards
• Monitor current process, equipment and real-time data in operation and repair departments
• Implement improvements to support continuous deliverables
• Coach and develop team members
• Analyze customer return orders and reverse engineer the process
• Create SOP’s as required
• Report defective products or machines
• Monitor stock levels and report deficiencies in products or raw materials

You Have:
• Fluent English
• Degree in IT, Process Engineering, Quality Management or similar is required
• Strong understanding and technical ability to use up to date technology
• Strong excel skills – ability to use and or understand pivot tables, etc is an advantage
