The Bretzel Trading Company Limited seeking 1 Baker Main Function: A baker is responsible for preparing, mixing, and baking a variety of doughs and batters to produce high-quality breads, pastries, and baked goods while maintaining strict standards of hygiene, accuracy, and consistency throughout the baking process. Key Responsibilities: Weighing, mixing, and preparing ingredients according to recipes. Operating bakery equipment safely and efficiently. Monitoring dough fermentation, baking times, and product quality. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the work area. Ensuring baked goods are presented attractively and meet quality standards.
