The successful candidate will work closely with the owners and, based on performance, will have the opportunity to progress into a senior management position overseeing multiple venues within the group. Recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver excellent customer service. Oversee beverage menu development — cocktails, wines, beers, and seasonal specials. Manage stock control, supplier relations, and cash handling. Maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene. Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care. Work alongside senior management to increase sales, efficiency, and profitability. Contribute to the development and implementation of group-wide initiatives. Requirements Minimum 2 years of bar supervisory or management experience. Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills. Excellent knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and general bar operations. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with POS and inventory systems.
