Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within the speciality section Assisting the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and Head Chef in creating menu items, developing recipes, and designing new dishes Preparing basic ingredients, including meat and fish Following and supporting health and safety procedures Maintaining high standards of food-hygiene practices Assisting in training junior kitchen staff when required Supporting portion control and helping to reduce waste Maintaining cleanliness and assisting in upholding kitchen and food-safety standards
