08.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday with occasional Weekends due to business requirements

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Catering Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Catering.

As a Catering Manager you will:
Ensure the premises are maintained to the agreed level of cleanliness and that safe working practices are followed at all times.
Recruit, manage, induct, train, motivate, and appraise staff to promote good employee relations, operating within company procedures, legislation, and Investors in People standards.
Represent Sodexo at client meetings as required and maintain strong client relationships.
Manage financial aspects of catering and facilities operations, including budgets, expenditure, and payroll, to achieve financial targets.

What we are looking for:
Relevant vocational qualifications and/or HND or equivalent.
2–3 years leadership or supervisory experience in catering, facilities, or a related environment.
Excellent interpersonal, team-building, and front-of-house skills.
Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.
