JHS Events Limited T/A Cloughjordan House seeking 1 Commis Chef A Commis Chef supports the kitchen team by preparing ingredients, assisting with basic cooking tasks, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and organisation. This role provides an opportunity to learn from senior chefs and develop professional culinary skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities -Prepare ingredients and carry out basic cooking -Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas -Follow food safety standards and kitchen procedures -Assist with stock rotation and storage of deliveries -Support senior chefs during service -Ensure equipment and workstations are kept clean and organised 39 Hours per week €16.77 per hour €34000 per annual 2 Years experience requires Apply Via Email: stephen@cloughjordanhouse.com
