What you'll do: Lead by example in all aspects of work, consistently following company and client policies and standards. Motivate and support team members to achieve high performance and maintain a positive working environment. Communicate clearly and respectfully with staff, clients, and management. Handle conflicts or issues professionally and escalate when necessary. Encourage teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance and constructive feedback to help staff grow and improve. Demonstrate reliability, integrity, and a strong work ethic. Be proactive in identifying and solving problems within the team or work area. Maintain a calm and professional attitude under pressure. Promote a culture of safety, respect, and service excellence. Addressing underperformance or lack of motivation among team members while maintaining team morale. Handling disagreements or tension between staff members professionally and fairly. Ensuring new staff are properly trained and existing staff continue to develop their skills. Upholding cleanliness and safety standards during busy periods or special events. Responding to changes in client expectations, cleaning protocols, or company policies. Identifying and reporting changes in staff behaviour or attitude that may affect team performance or safety. Balancing supervisory duties with hands-on cleaning tasks when needed. Responding to complaints or special requests from building users in a professional and timely manner What you'll bring: Cleaning experience is great, but not essential—we’ll show you the ropes!
