Maintain up-to-date case records in line with Doras’ data protection and confidentiality policies.
2. Outreach and Engagement
Conduct targeted outreach within migrant communities and local organisations to raise awareness of victims’ rights and available supports.

Participate in local and national networks addressing victim support, gender-based violence, and anti-racism initiatives.
Contribute to joint responses and policy submissions based on casework trends.
4. Monitoring, Reporting, and Learning
Collect and analyse anonymised case data to identify emerging issues and inform advocacy priorities.
Prepare monthly activity reports and contribute to project evaluations.
Participate in supervision, debriefing, and reflective practice to ensure wellbeing and quality service delivery.
