Job Description
Foodinn Ireland is seeking a skilled IT & Operations Specialist to support and enhance our digital and operational systems. The role involves providing technical support across ICT systems, hardware, software, networks, and POS platforms, as well as installing, configuring, and maintaining business applications and cloud services.

You will analyse operational, financial, and customer data using Excel, Power BI, and SQL, producing dashboards and reports to support management decisions. Responsibilities include data reconciliation, GDPR-compliant data handling, and monitoring online transactions.

The role also covers customer onboarding, user training, maintaining documentation and SOPs, and supporting hardware lifecycle management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements, support software testing, prepare digital content, and liaise with external vendors.

Continuous improvement is a key part of this position, including identifying automation opportunities, improving internal processes, and contributing to ongoing product development and innovation.
