The Artworker / Zund Operator is a key member of the graphics production team, responsible for preparing and producing high-quality vehicle graphics using digital design software and precision cutting equipment. This role is primarily computer-based.

Key Responsibilities: 
Digital Artwork and Design 
Prepare and adjust artwork files for vehicle graphics (e.g., Adobe Illustrator). 
Ensure all artwork meets customer specifications and production standards. 
Check job details in the MIS and Works Docket to confirm all necessary information is available before starting. 
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure artwork is approved and ready for production. 

Production and Cutting:
Operate the Zund digital cutter and other graphics equipment to produce high-quality output. 
Monitor job runs for accuracy, conformance, and quality consistency. 
Perform finishing tasks such as laminating, scoring, and binding as required. 
Ensure equipment is calibrated and maintained regularly. 

Workflow and Job Management :
Update job statuses and relevant details in the company MIS system. 
Attend production scheduling meetings and flag any potential delays or issues. 
Plan and prioritize daily tasks based on production schedules and deadlines. 
Track jobs, prepare delivery dockets, and organize deliveries. 

Quality Control: 
Continuously monitor output for correct page sequence, alignment, and visual quality. 
Ensure previous departments have completed necessary checks before starting production. 
Handle complaints or issues efficiently and professionally. 

Sales Orders and Deliveries:
Pick, pack, and label orders accurately; record tracking numbers and dispatch details. 
Inspect incoming deliveries for conformity and update MIS accordingly. 
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring accurate stock records. 

Candidate Requirements 
Experience in preparing artwork for print and production. 
Familiarity with digital cutting equipment (Zund experience is a plus). 
Excellent attention to detail and quality control. 
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. 
Full driving licence required. 
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel occasionally. 

Location: Dublin, Ireland (on-site) 
Salary: €32,000 – €40,000 per year + overtime + bonus 
Type: Full-time, Permanent 
Hours: Mon–Thu 07:00–16:30 | Fri 07:00–13:30
