We are a leading specialist in vehicle customisation and conversion for clients in the emergency services, healthcare, and defence sectors. Our technicians integrate advanced systems — lights, sirens, control units, communications, and digital electronics — into brand-new vehicles, transforming them into specialist assets ready for service. You will be joining a skilled, collaborative team in a state-of-the-art, secure workshop equipped with modern diagnostic technologies and digital tools — not just grease and wrenches! Graphics Installation: Apply vehicle graphics including decals, wraps, window film, and interior/exterior lettering Work with various materials including reflective vinyl’s, cast vinyls, and printed graphics Ensure accurate placement and finish of branding elements such as logos and crests Zund Operation: Operate and maintain the Zund digital cutter for precision cutting of graphics Calibrate and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal performance Monitor job progress and quality throughout the production cycle Production and Workflow: Ensure timely and high-quality output of all graphics jobs Attend production meetings and plan daily workflow Update job statuses in the company MIS system Organize deliveries and prepare delivery documentation Customer Service and Collaboration: Provide excellent service to internal and external clients Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Handle complaints or issues efficiently and professionally Materials and Warehouse Management: Order, inspect, and manage materials for production Maintain a clean and organized warehouse Accurately record stock quantities and bay locations Requirements: Proven experience in vehicle graphics installation and/or sign writing Skilled in handling various vinyl materials and application techniques Experience operating digital cutting equipment (Zund preferred) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Full driving licence required Willingness to travel for off-site installations (Ireland and abroad) Ability to work flexible hours when required Salary: €32,000 – €40,000 per year + overtime + bonus Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Mon–Thu 07:00–16:30 | Fri 07:00–13:30
