We require individuals who are passionate & enthusiastic about the role, enjoys serving and interacting with customers and will add to the warm and welcoming environment which our customers have come to expect at Old Head Golf Links. ** Applicants must be legally entitled to work within Ireland and the EU. ** Job Description: Assist the Food & Beverage Team in the day to day operations of the restaurant. As Bartender, you will help us to provide an excellent customer service experience. Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipes Welcome guests, take orders, and process payments. Input orders to the till system. Assists other team members when needed. Maintain bar cleanliness and restock supplies Deliver a positive, engaging customer experience Key Requirements: Experience essential, a minimum of 2 years A positive customer focused attitude with a passion for hospitality Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Flexibility to work shifts including morning, evening and weekends Team player
