The Upholstery Co. seeks an experienced Upholstery Machinist to operate industrial sewing equipment in furniture upholstery production. The machinist will produce high-quality upholstery components for both modern and traditional furniture. Key Duties: Operate industrial sewing machines for furniture upholstery production Produce covers, cushions and panels using fabric, leather, vinyl and technical materials Prepare, cut and match patterns for assembly Stitch piping, pleats, zips and seams to required tolerances Assist upholsterers with fitting and assembly Conduct quality checks on finished items Maintain and clean sewing machinery, following health & safety protocols Skills/Experience Required: Minimum 2 years industrial sewing or upholstery machinist experience Ability to handle a variety of upholstery materials Accurate pattern cutting and measuring skills Good hand-eye coordination and machine control Work Eligibility Applicants must be legally entitled to work within Ireland and the EU.
