Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

Position is in the Nursing department of the CRC, working with the students who attend the Scoil Mochua.
Duties include: Lifting, assisting in toileting, continence care.
Assisting with feeding, following client’s individual requirements.
Accompanying students to and from classroom.
Passing on any relevant information related to nursing care of the client, including messages from parents, etc.
General care of the environment-cleaning, tidying up and preparing cubicles for next client.
