We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Facilities Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in School Management. 

As a School Facilities Manager you will:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the on-site hard & soft services team, including reactive and planned maintenance.
Oversee lifecycle replacement programs, PPM schedules, small works delivery, and materials management.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, safe systems of work, and client contractual obligations.
Coordinate administration, reporting, site inductions, and stakeholder communications.
Drive continual improvement and innovation, supporting performance, cost reduction, and best practice initiatives.

What we are looking for:
Strong people management, leadership, and team-building skills.
Experience in PPP/FM contract and commercial management in a client-facing environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships.
Proficiency in IT systems, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and operational reporting tools.
Understanding of FM services (hard & soft), attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and experience delivering operational performance.
