SPAR Capel Street is currently recruiting a Store Supervisor to join their friendly team. Successful candidates will be customer focused and have previous retail convenience supervisory experience. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: Previous supervisory experience in convenience retail required Knowledge in food safety, hygiene and HACCP is required Committed to delivering great customer experiences in a busy environment Hard-working and flexible, with the ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative Professional & polite manner with great communication and interpersonal skills Committed to continually improving department standards with an attention to detail Enjoys working in a fast paced team environment and with a willingness to embrace new challenges Committed to lead, motivate and develop others to contribute to department success
