Have you ever worked in the fast-paced logistics environment? Do you have experience in administration and transport, but want new challenge where you can further develop your skills and knowledge?
 
Here at GXO Logistics Ireland Limited, we are currently looking for a full-time, permanent Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Dublin, CDC depot. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily inbound and outbound logistics operations within the cross-docking warehouse.

• Coordinate trailer collections from ports, ensuring timely transfer to inbound teams for sorting and outbound teams for loading and delivery across Ireland.

• Coordinate documentation, transport schedules, and communication between warehouse, transport, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Use data-driven tools such as WMS, SAP, Ottar, and Excel to monitor performance, track KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain operational accuracy, resolve day-to-day logistics issues, and ensure full compliance with GXO and customer service standards.
