Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM2)

Oaklodge Nursing Home, a 65-bed facility providing specialised care for residents, including those with dementia, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Nurse Manager 2 (CNM2) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-quality, person-centred service within a supportive environment.

Requirements:
Current registration with the NMBI.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a senior or management nursing role.
Experience in an elderly care setting and strong knowledge of HIQA standards are essential.
Completion of a Nursing Management course is a distinct advantage.

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 (CNM2) for our person-centred residential services and supports. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and inspire dedicated teams in delivering meaningful respite and residential care experiences that reflect our organisational values and meet HIQA standards. The ideal candidate will be committed to promoting excellence in care, fostering teamwork, and supporting continuous improvement within the service.

Key Responsibilities Include:
 Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service in line with the Health Act 2007 and HIQA regulations.
 Ensuring the delivery of safe, respectful, person-centred, and rights-based supports for adults within the service.
 Leading and supporting governance, staffing, scheduling, risk management, and service planning activities.
 Fostering a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting professional development and reflective practice.
 Maintaining high standards of record-keeping, safeguarding, and quality assurance across the service.
 Liaising effectively with families, multidisciplinary teams, managers/coordinators, and external stakeholders to ensure a holistic, integrated approach to care and support.
