Job Title: General Manager (IT focused)
Location: 32-36 Wolfe Tone Street, Dublin 1.
Employment Type: Full-time 
Salary and hours: €36,000 per annul and 40 hours per week

We are running a very large buffet restaurant that uses Restaurant POS system, self-service kiosks, basic stock software and payment terminals. We need one dedicated person whose main job is to look after all these systems every day and able to join other restaurant manager to manage restaurant daily business operations. 

Main duties:
•	Log in to restaurant POS system every morning and make sure all stations, kiosks and hand-held devices are working.
•	Add or change items and prices in the POS when the management team and head chef decided.
•	Fix basic problems (reboot terminals, replace paper rolls, restart tablets, reconnect Wi-Fi printers.
•	Create and change staff logins and permissions (who can give discounts, who can refund, etc.).
•	Run the daily/weekly sales reports from company system and send them to the manager.
•	Check that stock levels in the simple inventory software match what is on the buffet and correct mistakes.
•	Keep the list of all tablets, printers and kiosks and replace broken ones with spares.
•	Make sure card payments and contactless work correctly at all payment points.
•	Able to operate, maintenance and repair all the system when required
Education and experience required: 
•	At least 1–2 years of recent, hands-on experience using any computerised till/POS system.
•	Diploma or degree qualification required.
•	Able to speak English and Chinese.
