Location: Dublin / Hybrid Reporting To: People & Culture Manager Terms: Full-time, Permanent Salary: €40,000 – €51,250 Duties & Responsibilities: We are seeking a proactive People & Culture Generalist to support the delivery of high-quality operational, recruitment, and onboarding services across the organisation. This role plays a vital part in advancing Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI), enhancing the employee experience, and driving digital transformation to improve HR processes and productivity. You will work closely with the People & Culture team and senior leaders to attract and support talented people, ensure efficient HR operations, maintain compliance, and continuously enhance systems, data and ways of working. Key Responsibilities: Equality, Diversity & Inclusion: Support and progress our EDI strategy, helping us achieve best-practice standards. Promote diverse hiring practices and deliver inclusive recruitment training. Partner with leadership to build a more inclusive and representative workforce. Digital Transformation: Champion digital tools and change initiatives to streamline HR operations. Utilise data analytics to identify trends and inform decision-making. Support digital improvements that reduce inefficiencies and enhance user experience. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment: job briefs, advertising, scheduling, interviews, references, and compliance checks. Coordinate structured, positive onboarding experiences for new starters. Work closely with hiring managers to ensure a consistent, engaging candidate journey. HR Operations Deliver day-to-day HR administration across the employee lifecycle. Maintain accurate HR records in line with policies and data protection. Support Garda vetting, work permits, and compliance audits. Assist in the rollout of HR policies and employee support initiatives. Payroll & Benefits Liaise with payroll on employee queries and assist with benefits administration. Continuous Improvement Contribute to HR projects, process enhancements, and digital initiatives. Support audit preparation and compliance reviews. Undertake additional duties as required by the People & Culture Manager. Qualifications: MSc or Postgraduate HR qualification. Knowledge of HR analytics, MS Copilot and other AI tools. CIPD membership desirable. Experience & Skills: 5–8 years’ experience in HR/People & Culture roles, with strong exposure to EDI and digital transformation. Demonstrated success in delivering EDI initiatives. Strong HR systems knowledge (Cezanne advantageous). Solid experience in recruitment and workforce planning. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and data management. Excellent understanding of HR best practice and employment law. Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong communicator with a customer-focused mindset; able to work independently and collaboratively
