Komfort Kare is seeking an experienced Regional Area Manager to lead our operations in [Midlands, Kildare (west) Wicklow, Dublin (South city and West)]. As a Regional Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our services, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement regional business strategies to achieve sales and growth targets
* Manage and motivate a team of area managers and staff to ensure high performance and productivity
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
* Monitor and analyze regional performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation

Requirements:
* 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a service-based industry
* Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
* Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team management and development
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

Desired Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
* Experience in managing budgets and financial performance
* Knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements
* Certification in a relevant field (e.g. management, leadership) is an advantage
