Job Title: Regional Area Manager

Job Summary:
Komfort Kare is seeking an experienced Regional Area Manager to lead our operations in [Dublin South, Wicklow, Waterford, Wexford, Carlow, Kilkenny, Tipperary South]. As a Regional Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our services, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement regional business strategies to achieve sales and growth targets
 Manage and motivate a team of area managers and staff to ensure high performance and productivity
 Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
 Monitor and analyze regional performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
 Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation
Requirements:
 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a service-based industry
 Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
 Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team management and development
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Desired Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
 Experience in managing budgets and financial performance
 Knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements
 Certification in a relevant field (e.g. management, leadership) is an advantage
