We are seeking an experienced Tooling and Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in tooling design, process optimization, and production support in a factory environment. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving manufacturing tools and processes to ensure high-quality, efficient, and safe production operations. The engineer will work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement and support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and improve production tooling for new and existing products, ensuring manufacturability, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
Optimize manufacturing processes to improve cycle times, reduce scrap, and increase productivity while maintaining quality standards.
Conduct root cause analysis for tooling and process issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Support daily production operations and provide technical guidance to operators and supervisors.
Coordinate with vendors for tooling fabrication, repairs, and upgrades, ensuring compliance with specifications.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and parameter sheets.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, capability, and product quality.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards across all processes and tooling operations.

Skills and Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5 years in process engineering, tooling engineering, or design engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing tools, molds, jigs, and fixtures (experience in plastics manufacturing is an advantage).
Proven ability to optimize manufacturing processes, troubleshoot tooling and process issues, and implement improvement initiatives.
Solid understanding of quality tools and methodologies 
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership capabilities.
Hands-on, practical approach to resolving technical challenges in a fast-paced production environment.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
