Business Analyst

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours of Work: 39 hours per week
Salary: €34,000 per annum (€653.85 per week / €16.78 per hour)

Role Overview:
Technog Smart Solutions Limited is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst optimising business processes, enhancing project outcomes, and ensuring strong alignment between business and technical teams. The successful candidate will analyse data, document business requirements, and propose improvements that contribute to organisational efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyse business operations, workflows, and data to identify areas for improvement.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate understanding of requirements.
Prepare business and functional documentation including process maps, use cases, and system specifications.
Interpret data trends and produce analytical reports to support informed decision-making.
Support the planning and implementation of IT and operational improvement initiatives.
Ensure all business processes, documentation, and reporting comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation abilities.
Experience with process mapping, data analysis, or business requirement gathering is an advantage.
