Kitchen Porter - Part Time

Nangor Road, Dublin 12 - Part time - 12 month contract

What you'll do: 

Support daily kitchen operations to Sodexo standards, ensuring full compliance with HACCP and Health & Safety regulations
Handle pot-wash duties and maintain high cleanliness across kitchen areas
Assist chefs and team members with routine tasks and food-service preparation
Manage deliveries, including accepting goods, storing items correctly, and completing required documentation
Maintain excellent personal hygiene and always present in full uniform
Work independently when required while contributing positively to the team
Help ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen environment
What you'll bring: 

Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar role is desired but not essential
Working knowledge of HACCP or willingness to learn quickly
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude
Ability to communicate well with colleagues and supervisors
Comfort working both as part of a team and independently
Commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards
Flexibility and readiness to support various kitchen tasks as needed
