About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Production Line Packaging Operative to join a high-performing pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in Co. Tipperary. This role is ideal for candidates who have previous experience working on pharma or GMP-regulated packaging lines, with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and adherence to compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and maintain automated and semi-automated packaging line equipment.
Carry out line changeovers and equipment setup in accordance with SOPs.
Perform in-process quality checks to ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and production standards.
Record all production and batch information accurately and in real time.
Identify and escalate equipment issues, deviations, or quality concerns promptly.
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
Follow all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines at all times.

Requirements:
Previous pharmaceutical or GMP manufacturing/packaging line experience is essential.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed procedures.
Flexibility to work shift patterns (shift allowance applies).
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset.
