We are looking for a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join our busy  Restaurant in Bundoran, Co. Donegal. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in producing high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of professional kitchen operations. A work ethic, enthusiasm for food, and a commitment to excellence are essential. We need someone who works well under pressure, enjoys being part of a collaborative team, and can maintain high standards during busy service times.

We value chefs who are eager to learn and grow, but also confident enough to work independently and take initiative when necessary. This role requires a good command of English, strong culinary skills, and the ability to deliver consistently great food while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
