Chef de Partie required for Davis's Restaurant & Yeats Tavern in Sligo.

Aragonda Trading Ltd., T/A Yeats Tavern, Drumcliff Bridge, Drumcliff, Co. Sligo, is seeking to hire a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. 

Full time permanent position. 

40 hours per week. 

Must have at least 2 years Chef de Partie experience.

Duties and responsibilities will include: 

	Assisting the head and sous chefs during service.
	Food prep before service.
	Working starters  and main courses.
	Helping with the training of new junior level chefs. 
	Helping in the management of kitchen health and hygiene procedures 
	Cooking food to order 

Salary per annum 34,881.60 Euro
