Position: Full-Time Cook (Brazilian Cuisine)
Location: Waterford, Ireland

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Grill Minas House, a Brazilian restaurant specializing in traditional Minas Gerais cuisine. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in a professional kitchen, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for preparing high-quality meals.

Key Responsibilities:
		Prepare and cook a variety of Brazilian dishes, including grilled meats, hot meals, daily specials, and side dishes.
		Ensure food quality, presentation, and taste meet restaurant standards.
		Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times.
		Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
		Assist with stock rotation, food storage, and inventory control.
		Work efficiently during busy service hours.
		Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operation.

Requirements:
		Previous experience as a cook or chef in a restaurant setting (Brazilian cuisine preferred but not required).
		Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week), including weekends if needed.
		Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety practices.
		Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
		Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
		Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
